Jenna Garee and Jessica Lynch have created the ‘insight &’ series of training courses and retreats that specialize in focusing on different topics specifically tailored to educate, enlighten, and enhance the lives and interactions for individuals and organizations who chose to participate in elements of this series.
Jenna and Jess are passionate about bringing hope and healing to individuals, couples, families, organizations, and communities. Together they hold a collective 40 years of training and clinical experience and consider it a privilege and honor to walk along side those who chose to engage in this work.
Each element of this series is designed to offer flexibility to tailor a retreat and/or training to address specific aspects your organization may desire and need.

insight & abide
Insight & Abide is a Christ centered retreat created for pastors and church leaders to offer a time for pause, worship, prayer, and learning together during a time in life that has many challenges.
This retreat has unique aspects that offer the chance for you to learn more about your own emotions and reactions that occur when you are faced with challenging experiences. It also provides insight into why you engage with others the way you do across situations. The content created for this retreat has the capacity to forever impact your understanding of personal reactions to people and events, along with enhanced knowledge about your relationship interactions.
In this retreat we provide education about the brain/body/nervous system connection and how this informs our personal responses to events as well as their impact on interactions in relationships and community.
A unique offering from Jenna and Jess here is an introduction to the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS) that we incorporate in our work with others. We find this lens allows for an in depth exploration and implementation of successful strategies for personal growth and relational communication and connection. We look forward to joining with you as you walk on the path to learning more about yourself and feeling more connected with God, each other, and your community as you navigate challenging experiences.

a marriage retreat for all seasons & stages that looks at marriage from a biblical perspective, provides education about the brain/body/nervous system connection and how this impacts our interactions in relationship, and explores strategies for gaining closer connection and clearer communication with your spouse.

a training course for professionals, leaders, coaches & athletes to focus on helping you identify & navigate potential blocks & struggles to help you meet your ultimate performance goals.
insight & influence
this leadership training course/consultation will be uniquely tailored to your specific organization & individual leaders within your organization. We use our unique IFS lens to help you identify leadership styles, areas of activation, strengths, focused growth opportunities, & more. We work with organizations in any realm with a special focus on Clinical, Pastoral, and Corporate Organizations. A special focus on repair can be woven into this course upon request.
insight & illuminate
a training course for teachers to help you identify & navigate challenges with students, learn & implement effective language & concepts for talking with parents, invites you to notice your own activation that may be present at times when teaching & provides you with ways to work through this. This training provides an overall focus on increasing curious vs. concerned stance as you navigate everything you do in & outside of your classroom and organization.
insight & delight
a parent training course focused on helping you navigate all things related to parenting with a goal of enhancing your delight in your child(ren) along the way. A special focus on repair can be woven into this course upon request.
insight & repair
repair is needed & can occur in any relationship. The content here can be a standalone course/retreat and can also be integrated into any of the other elements of the insight & series. It is valuable insight & guidance into navigating repair following a harm/hurt that may exist in any type of relationship. Repair can happen 10 minutes, 10 days, or 10 years after the harmful interaction occurred & brings lightness, healing, & hope in its wake.
